I understand that participation in sports leagues involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize Statrick Sports League staff or volunteers to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

I release and hold harmless Statrick Sports League, its organizers, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in league activities.

I agree to uphold sportsmanship, respect for others, and compliance with league rules. I understand that failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the league.

I grant permission to Statrick Sports League to capture and use photographs and video footage of me during league activities for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I waive any rights to compensation or approval.
